The following are the policies of the Twin Cities Holistic Practitioners Association (TCHPA). Use of this website and/or contracting for services with any member of the TCHPA indicates knowledge and acceptance of these policies. In addition to these policies, individual practitioners represented on this site may have their own policies which stand alone and separate from the policies of the TCHPA.

Collection of Information
We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill you specific request. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists.

Policy on Consulting or hiring of a practitioner represented on the TCHPA website. The TCHPA does not endorse nor guarantee the practices or results of the member practitioners. Each practitioner has their own individually owned private practice, and due care should be undertaken by you, the client or prospective client, in determining the appropriateness of each practitioner and their services for you, as you should at any time you are hiring a helping professional. Should you have an issue or complaint with a practitioner, that complaint must be directed to that practitioner; only they have the rights and abilities to resolve issues or complaints involving their practice; and you hereby hold TCHPA and its representatives harmless in any complaint or issue filed with a member of the TCHPA.
